Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne fulfilment partner.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is A$10.

Free Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is available on Australian orders of A$80 or more.

Delivery Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, plus 2-7 business days for standard shipping after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time is 3-9 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for A$15. Select this option at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

New Zealand

We also ship directly to New Zealand.

International Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery Time
Estimated transit time is 3-11 business days after dispatch. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for order processing.

Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incense Holders

Some incense holders may require additional processing before dispatch. Where this applies, the estimated fulfilment time will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
