To be eligible for a return:
– Items must be unused – Items must be in original packaging – Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
We are unable to accept returns for:
– Used incense – Opened or damaged packaging not due to transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
To request a return, please email us at hello@loqensa.com with your order number and reason.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
