  • Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Australia and prepared for dispatch with care.
  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. During new releases, holidays, or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
  • We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • While we aim to meet the delivery estimates below, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier delays or periods of high volume.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.  
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.  
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Notes

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
We are unable to accept returns on used items.
